Sun Hoi students were brought to the vivid world of The Odyssey in our annual English Drama Appreciation 2017. Dove Tales Theatre Company brought The Odyssey, Homer’s epic poem to life in Sun Hoi on 15th September 2017.
The Trojan war has ended and it’s time for Odysseus to return home. His short journey home turns into a 10-year struggle filled with monsters, gods and magic! With the participation of five S1 and S2 student volunteers, the drama show has brought Sun Hoi students laughters and cheers!
Drama has long been a part of Sun Hoi’s English curriculum. It is hoped that through the performance, Sun Hoi students were exposed to English used in an authentic context.
