To thank our mommies’ love and to celebrate Mother’s Day, the English Department and the School Library co-organised 2 meaningful activities during the Mother’s Week from 7th to 11th May, 2018.
19 students from 3A and 3B read a very touching story entitled Love You Forever written by Robert Munsch during the first recess on 7th May at the Learning Common on the first floor. Then Mother’s Day cards were designed and drawn by participants during the second recess at the same place.
The second activitiy, Origami was held during the two recesses at the Learning Common on the second floor on 11th May. Some librarians showed the participants how to fold some lilies and roses with beautiful sheets of paper for their mommies.
Mother’s Week was successfully held! Big thanks to all students and teachers who took part in this meaningful event.
