It is our honour to have invited Principal Wong Sze Lai, experienced Tung Wah principal, to be the guest speaker of the Workshop for Middle Managers organised on 27th August 2018.
29 middle managers of our school (Panel Heads and Unit Heads) attended the workshop. Through discussion, teachers have gained a better understanding of their leadership roles in school, and strengthened their reflective ability for increased efficiency and effectiveness in the implementation of school plans and policies.
