To build up local students' habit to read and write more about Liberal Studies, the RTHK-Liberal Studies Website organizes a “Liberal Studies Writing Competition” regularly. To support the event, a corresponding intra-school writing competition has been organized regularly by the Liberal Studies panel since 2019. 10 outstanding essays from junior and senior forms will be picked respectively for the RTHK competition every month and there are prizes for the students whose essays are selected.
