Hong Kong Open Windsurfing Championships was held from November 1st to 5th, 2017 at Stanley Main Beach. 3B Chow Tsz Hei has won two amazing awards, the 1st runner-up in International Techno 293 (Junior Boys) and the champion in National Techno 293 (Junior Boys). Congratulations on his success and it is hoped that he can excel in wind-surfing in future.
