中一新生註冊須知

日期：9/7/2026(星期四) 至 10/7/2026(星期五)
時間：上午9:00-12:45 及 下午1:45-4:00
請帶備以下文件辦理註冊：
1. 教育局中學學位分配「派位證」及「入學註冊證」
2. 香港身份證、香港出生證明書或載有本港居民身份和出生日期的證明文件
（如學生所持香港身份證上出生日期下有「C」字標記（有條件限制居留），須同時帶備
其他有效旅行證件。）
3. 最近的學校成績報告表（如有）
4. 最近的護照相片兩張
註：若學生及其家長／監護人未能親身前往獲派中學辦理註冊手續，應以書面授權代表替其
子女辦理，有關詳情請與就讀小學聯絡。

Arrangements for S1 Registration

Date: 9/7/2026(Thursday) to 10/7/2026(Friday)
Time: 9:00 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. and 1:45 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Please bring along the following documents to the school for registration:
1. Admission Slip issued by EDB
2. Hong Kong Identity Card, Hong Kong Birth Certificate or other documentary evidence showing
the resident status in Hong Kong and date of birth
(If the student's Hong Kong Identity Card bears the symbol "C" (for conditional stay) at the line
below the date of birth, he/she should also bring along other valid travel documents.)
3. the latest school reports (if any)
4. two recent passport-sized photographs
Remarks: Should the student and his/her parent/guardian be unable to register with the allocated
secondry school in person, they should authorise in writing a representative to complete the
procedures on their behalf.  For details, please contact the respective primary school.
