The Chinese and Putonghua Department held a week-long “Chinese Week” from February 9 to 12. The festivities began with a spectacular “Folk Acrobatics Performance Assembly,” where professional performers showcased a series of traditional acrobatics that left students in awe, while also adding to the joyful atmosphere of the upcoming Spring Festival.
Each day featured different cultural activities, including Putonghua Day, Chinese Cultural Experience Day, tea appreciation, tasting traditional festive snacks, and writing Spring Fai Chun. Among all the events, the most popular was “New Year Greetings to the Principal,” where students offered their festive wishes in advance. The Principal responded warmly with red packets, encouraging students to strive for excellence, filled with love and care.
