Studies & Career Unit (SCU)

Subject Motto: 

• Create and promote a proactive and positive study atmosphere among students;
• Organise the academic affairs including enrolment of students, school awards and scholarships, student reports, class streaming, S4 elective selection, arrangement of after-school and summer tutorials for senior forms, and miscellaneous affairs at the beginning of the school term etc. ;
• Responsible for the well-keeping of student records, e.g. Admission Cards, Record Cards;
• Responsible for the procedures of Education Bureau’s Student Information Management System (STIMS). Investigates cases of non-attendance in accordance with the guidelines of Education Bureau;
• Liases with panels, provides and analyses date related to students’ in-school academic performances (e.g. S3-4 Streaming; S6 HKDSE predicted levels).
